Early Intervention Learning Network
The Early Intervention Learning Network (EILN)is sponsored by the Just Kids
Early Childhood Learning Center with funding from the NYS Department of
Health Bureau of Early Intervention (NYS BEI). The EILN provides high-quality,
in-person trainings for Early Intervention providers on topics relevant to working
with infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
The NYC EI website provides training modules on implementing family-centered
practices, along with additional resources on embedded coaching.
Division for Early Childhood (DEC)
The DEC has developed a series of webinars for professional development, as
well as resources and videos on Recommended Practices.The DEC is one of
seventeen divisions of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), a professional
organization dedicated to improving the educational success of individuals with
disabilities. DEC promotes policies and advances evidence-based practices that
support families and enhance the optimal development of young children who
have or are at risk for developmental delays
Providers who attend the webinars may apply the hours toward their professional
development hours required for Early Intervention.
