Our Mission

Our mission is to provide quality services to infants, toddler and preschoolers which are developmentally appropriate and promote the child’s developmental growth.

In fulfilling our commitment we recognize, respect and support the central role that a family has in their child’s life. We understand that parents are integral members of the planning and implementation of early childhood services. Teachers and therapists design learning opportunities that promote and enhance the child’s competencies and encourage his/her participation in everyday activities.

It is our hope that as a result of this process that the child will meet desired outcomes and that his/her parents and caregivers recognize their critical role in the child’s progress. Additionally, we recognize the importance to adhere to the laws, regulation and policies which are the foundation of the work we do.

As a parent, you know how important your influence is on your child.  We recognize and appreciate this important relationship, and use it to your child's advantage.  Here are a few ways in which we partner with you:

  • We listen to your observations, insights and concerns. They mark the beginning of our understanding of what types of services your child may need.

  • We view your concerns against the backdrop of our expertise in child development. Our experience helps us clarify your child's uniqueness to provide him or her with the most help.

  • We actively involve you in your child's interventions and teach you how to continue to use them at home.

  • We can offer additional information and guidance on a wide range of family and parenting issues that may have impact on your child's development.

Your partnership is key to your child's success
